Undergraduate Program (B.Tech.)

  • (B.Tech.) UNDER GRADUATE PROGRAMES (B-Tech)

    Admission to B-Tech Programs are done through conducted by the Commissioner of Entrance Examinations (CEE) Kerala. 50% of total seats which carries lower fees on part with those of Govt. Colleges and 35% of seats in Management Quota with higher fees are filled through online allotment System by CEE. 15% of seats are reserved for NRI students.

  • Admission Requirements

    Candidates who have passed higher secondary examination, Kerala or examinations recognized equivalent thereto, with 50% marks in Mathematics separately, and 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics put together are eligible for admission. (Criteria may vary from time to time as per the direction of Entrance Commissioner and specifications in the Prospectus of Entrance Examination).

  • B.Tech Lateral Entry Scheme

    The admission to these seats are filled up in the third semester of the program from the candidate having three year in any with 60% marks any branch of Engineering are through for Lateral Entry Test (LET) Conducted by Govt. of Kerala. Candidates who have a Diploma in Engineering awarded by the State Board of Technological Examinations or an Examination recognized equivalent thereto, by the state board of Technical Education After under going an Institutional course of at least three years securing a minimum of 60% marks in the Diploma Examination are eligible for admission.
    (i) Candidates belonging to socially and educationally backward classes with a total annual family income not exceeding Rs.4.5 lakhs will have relaxation of 5% marks in the Qualifying Examination.(II) The scheduled Castes and schedule Tribes candidates needed only a pass in the qualifying examination (III) Upper age limit is 28 years
